Streamlining the installation of your new POS hardware starts with the J2 Retail Systems staging services.
Staging POS terminals involves preloading your required software so that when it reaches your business, it is ready to go.
You can simply upload your software image directly to our servers for installation on to your terminals.
Once we have installed your software, we let your terminal run for 24-48 hours to ensure that the hardware is working correctly.
The final staging process is to deliver your terminals to your site. Whether it is one terminal to one site or numerous terminals to multiple
sites, we can assist with coordinating the delivery of your POS hardware across Australia.

Not only do we arrange for environmentally friendly disposal of old hardware but also delete all data on hard drives.

To supplement the standard J2 3 year return to base warranty, we offer a fully customisable onsite warranty service.
Rather than return products that need repair to J2, the onsite warranty service provides a quick onsite response to any hardware issues to

Whether you require a swap out service, repair onsite, quick response time or 7 days a week coverage, the J2 onsite warranty service can
be fully customised to suit your requirements.
Both J2 hardware and 3rd party peripherals can be included in your onsite warranty plan for complete coverage.
